The Optometrist was very knowledgeable and friendly

I have been to a few optometrist and the customer service that I recieved was outstanding at Richard Wart's. Richard and the staff were very thourough and had used some... read more testing that I have never had at other optom's as thet have specialised equipment. Once the testing was done they walked me though all the results so that I understood everything that they showed. Not only for my general vision but also my diabetes testing of which they are specilised in.

Amazing staff so thoughtful and friendly. Richard listens!

I just popped in to get my glasses adjusted after one of my kids sat on them and the team at Bay Optics fixed them for me with a smile!!

I have to say Richard and the staff sorted a bit of a tricky problem with my sports wraparound prescription sunglasses. A script that functions well in a decent wraparound... read more takes a specialist to work properly. Richard is just that...a specialist! The Rodenstock laboratory Richard uses did a top job on making the script work finally and I am soooooo happy with the entire service. My sports wraparound sunglasses I use to death...I actually wear them out with work and sport so to have the final product come together with complete satisfaction means a lot to me. I am impressed with the staff especially in realising the first attempt was not entirely right...but they did what was necessary to resolve the problem without me asking. They just took charge and I was so grateful and impressed and 150% satisfied. Thank you Richard and all the staff involved!!

Very impressed with the follow up service at Bay Optics. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses from Richard Watt days ..( one lens fallen out, broken frame... read more and missing support arm) ..10 minutes later I walked out with the same lenses in a repaired frame with replacement support arm. “Here you go, this should keep you up and running “ says the Gentleman that served me. I rang this business when holidaying in Hervey Bay and experiencing disturbing eye problems. Thanks to the lovely receptionist who organised an appointment for me the next day. Matt was... read more extremely good explaining what he was doing when taking images etc. Tuyen was extremely professional when checking pressures etc and consulting with my specialist re a change in prescribed drops. A follow up appointment was organised for early on the day of our departure and a peace of mind ok was given about the success of the new drops. Three days later I even received a phone call from Tuyen enquiring about a subsequent appointment I had elsewhere and the general state of my eyes. Thank you for this friendly and caring treatment. You are all a credit to your business and profession.
