Richard and the staff were very thourough and had used some... read more testing that I have never had at other optom's as thet have specialised equipment. Once the testing was done they walked me though all the results so that I understood everything that they showed. Not only for my general vision but also my diabetes testing of which they are specilised in.

Matt was... read more extremely good explaining what he was doing when taking images etc. Tuyen was extremely professional when checking pressures etc and consulting with my specialist re a change in prescribed drops. A follow up appointment was organised for early on the day of our departure and a peace of mind ok was given about the success of the new drops. Three days later I even received a phone call from Tuyen enquiring about a subsequent appointment I had elsewhere and the general state of my eyes. Thank you for this friendly and caring treatment. You are all a credit to your business and profession.
