I have to say Richard and the staff sorted a bit of a tricky problem with my sports wraparound prescription sunglasses. The Rodenstock laboratory Richard uses did a top job on making the script work finally and I am soooooo happy with the entire service. My sports wraparound sunglasses I use to death...I actually wear them out with work and sport so to have the final product come together with complete satisfaction means a lot to me. I am impressed with the staff especially in realising the first attempt was not entirely right...but they did what was necessary to resolve the problem without me asking. They just took charge and I was so grateful and impressed and 150% satisfied. Thank you Richard and all the staff involved!!
