I walked in with a broken pair of glasses from Richard Watt days ..( one lens fallen out, broken frame... read more and missing support arm) ..10 minutes later I walked out with the same lenses in a repaired frame with replacement support arm. “Here you go, this should keep you up and running “ says the Gentleman that served me.
