Richard and the staff were very thourough and had used some... read more testing that I have never had at other optom's as thet have specialised equipment. Once the testing was done they walked me though all the results so that I understood everything that they showed. Not only for my general vision but also my diabetes testing of which they are specilised in.

Very impressed with the follow up service at Bay Optics. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses from Richard Watt days ..( one lens fallen out, broken frame... read more and missing support arm) ..10 minutes later I walked out with the same lenses in a repaired frame with replacement support arm. “Here you go, this should keep you up and running “ says the Gentleman that served me.
