I have been to a few optometrist and the customer service that I recieved was outstanding at Richard Wart's. Richard and the staff were very thourough and had used some... read more testing that I have never had at other optom's as thet have specialised equipment. Once the testing was done they walked me though all the results so that I understood everything that they showed. Not only for my general vision but also my diabetes testing of which they are specilised in.

Never rushed at any stage. In my experience , I have never felt pressured to purchase new glasses or expensive frames if unnecessary. Matt thoroughly explained ‘Work Style Space’ glasses for use concurrently watching TV and reading. Glasses prescribed always fit the bill perfectly. Can’t wait to get my new ones.

I have to say Richard and the staff sorted a bit of a tricky problem with my sports wraparound prescription sunglasses. A script that functions well in a decent wraparound... read more takes a specialist to work properly. Richard is just that...a specialist! The Rodenstock laboratory Richard uses did a top job on making the script work finally and I am soooooo happy with the entire service. My sports wraparound sunglasses I use to death...I actually wear them out with work and sport so to have the final product come together with complete satisfaction means a lot to me. I am impressed with the staff especially in realising the first attempt was not entirely right...but they did what was necessary to resolve the problem without me asking. They just took charge and I was so grateful and impressed and 150% satisfied. Thank you Richard and all the staff involved!!
