Many thanks to the team, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience which was provided by a very professional and dedicated staff.

Never rushed at any stage. In my experience , I have never felt pressured to purchase new glasses or expensive frames if unnecessary. Matt thoroughly explained ‘Work Style Space’ glasses for use concurrently watching TV and reading. Glasses prescribed always fit the bill perfectly. Can’t wait to get my new ones.

Very impressed with the follow up service at Bay Optics. I walked in with a broken pair of glasses from Richard Watt days ..( one lens fallen out, broken frame... read more and missing support arm) ..10 minutes later I walked out with the same lenses in a repaired frame with replacement support arm. “Here you go, this should keep you up and running “ says the Gentleman that served me. I asked what I owed him and he sent me on my way. “Thank You “ I say “You have made my start to the year an EXCELLENT day”
