Richard and the staff were very thourough and had used some... read more testing that I have never had at other optom's as thet have specialised equipment. Once the testing was done they walked me though all the results so that I understood everything that they showed. Not only for my general vision but also my diabetes testing of which they are specilised in.

Could have sold me some glasses if they wanted but told me there was no need to buy new ones as the ones I was using were fine for me.... read more Don't find honesty like that too often.

Have been going to Richard Watt, now Bay Optics, for years. I feel staff are knowledgeable and very thorough.Both Tuyen and Matt take the time to explain everything... read more clearly. Never rushed at any stage. In my experience , I have never felt pressured to purchase new glasses or expensive frames if unnecessary. Matt thoroughly explained ‘Work Style Space’ glasses for use concurrently watching TV and reading. Glasses prescribed always fit the bill perfectly. Can’t wait to get my new ones.
